Ive always fancied a blog...im not a creative in the PVA-glue sense, however I like to feel I have an eye or at the very least an appreciation for artistic things. My interests vary in form from artwork such as that of my housemates and her visual window designing, to other artistic creations such as clothes, music, dance and architecture. I have a passion for wandering and getting lost. My perfect day involves a yoga class on the beach then back to a cosy London coffee shop where I could watch the world wake up and sun-rise. After the coffee shop windows had steamed up substantially enough I would wander past an art space/gallery full of new and exciting works, perhaps focused on photography. Favourite image on postcard I would walk onto a second hand stall/hideaway shop full of vintage/story-filled goodies. My bestfriend would meet me and we would try-on padded shouldered/sequined creations until we decided on 'the' outfit, soon finding ourselves in a sumptuous deli, full of fresh delights of the Moroccan kind. Nails and massage on route back to the flat where a sea of girls would be downing cups of Yorkshire tea, dancing to magic105 and preparing themselves for a night of dancing and cocktails...a dinner party with friends or a 'dushi' dream (drinks with sushi) and onwards to a dancefloor complete with disco balls, live band and costumes!...
At 23 I've lots to learn however I do know that life isnt a rehearsal its happening. For all that happens and the madness that ensues I know that all thats advisable is to take the ride and live in the moment. This blog is dedicated to moments and how each one brought about the next...
